Research On Architectural Programming Of Welfare Homes For Disabled Children In Winter-city

With the rapid increase in the proportion of disabled children,how to make disabled children physically and mentally healthy development has become a major problem facing Chinese society.At present,the traditional residential care model is facing great challenges.Especially in cold cities,the newly built children's welfare homes have not made reasonable adjustments and proposed adaptive design strategies according to the climate characteristics,and the ability of disabled children to adapt to the society has become weaker.The child welfare system will still focus on the goal of emphasizing compensation but neglecting the development of disabled children,and the service of child welfare home is not perfect.China's child welfare system needs to put forward new care models and building space to solve many problems,while the study of building programming for urban disabled children's welfare homes in cold regions can systematically sort out these problems and provide designers with the best design ideas.Scientific,reasonable investigation and cognitive design conditions and setting up design documents are prerequisites for the successful design of the program of urban welfare homes for disabled children in cold regions.This study was carried out under this background.Through the definition of relevant concepts and the combing of theory,this paper puts forward the flow of architectural programming space conception of urban disabled children's welfare home in cold region and presents it in the way of system theory model,which lays a foundation for the subsequent design.The research is carried out from three aspects.The first is the theoretical construction of the programming conception model.Express the elements of planning and conceiving model by means of system theory analysis.Clarify the principles and characteristics of the programming concept model.Define the basic and additional elements of the model.The structure of the concept model.Finally,the basic procedure of programming and conceiving model is described.Secondly,the information collection stage of the programming for the Disabled Children Welfare Institute in the cold cities.The main objective of the information gathering stage is to transform people's demands for space in the welfare homes for the disabled children in cold cities into the architectural language.Through investigating the data of similar buildings and on-the-spot investigation,we can summarize the experience and shortcomings,and reasonably avoid the problems and risks that may be faced after the construction of the welfare homes for the disabled children in cold cities.On this basis,the type of facilities,estimate the size of facilities,complete the external and internal conditions of the survey,clear the impact of the building in the special environment and the use of crowd characteristics,service model composition.Finally,the construction process and achievement expression of the architectural programming model of the handicapped children welfare home in the cold region.On the basis of the information collection stage,this stage mainly adopts the parallel and parallel method to discuss the functional model,form model and technical model of architectural programming and conception,and the whole content of architectural programming and conception is composed of different aspects together,and the programming results are shown by combining the pattern block diagram and text table.Based on the basic theory of architectural programming,this paper adopts the method of literature research,interdisciplinary research and temporal survey to discuss the content and method of completing the architectural programming and conception system for the disabled children's welfare homes in cold cities,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the design of the disabled children's welfare homes in cold cities.
