Research On Planning And Design Of "Commoditized" Industrial Park

Since the establishment of the first coastal industrial park under the guidance of the reform and opening-up policy, 3 decades has passed .The exploration and construction of all kinds of industrial parks had profound influence on local economic growth, urbanize promotion and implementation of the strategy for sustainable development. With the development of market economy, the development of China's industrial parks have shown new trend of diversify. In the background of the national land policy adjustment and regional industry transfer, the "commoditized" industrial park which characterized by standard factory building with relevant supporting facilities and used to rent or sale to small and medium enterprises burgeoning everywhere. Under this circumstance, great importance should be attached to the research of the "commoditized" industrial park design.This paper closely combined to the "commodity" character of " commoditized " industrial park, on the basis of the concept define, focusing on requirements analysis of functional adaptation, land economy, as well as image display, etc in the park master plan and building design. At the respect of park master plan, this paper discussed the park's functional components, spatial organization methods, traffic organization and design strategy of landscape environment; in terms of building construction, the paper mainly discussed the adaptive design methods of plane and units in standard factory buildings, ,and introduced the basic approaches on the standard factory image design. At last, the paper give a concrete analysis of a " commoditized " industrial park design practice which the author participated, and elaborated design methods and strategies of park planning in a deeper extent. The paper give a systematic study and exploration to the "commoditized" industrial park planning design, proposed corresponding measures to solve the problems existed in the park construction, try to turn the park's "commodity" feature to specific physical space dimensions ,and looking forward to provide a useful reference to the future construction of "commoditized" industrial park.
