In this paper, according to the experimental research on 8 specimens of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns under reversed cyclic loading, the failure process and patterns were depicted, the hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of each specimens were drawn from experimental data, the maximum bending moment which specimens can withstand were calculated. Obviously, the specimens have good seismic performance and carrying capacity. The test specimens have been simulated by using the finite element software ABAQUS and the feasibility of the simulation were verified. Then, the influence of different axial compression ratio, loading angle, steel ratio, steel layout fashion and the ratio of length and width of cross-section on the bearing capacity were analyzed. Some steel layout fashions were advised. In the end, by simplifying cross-section and distributing loading, the steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns under double bias were separated into two steel reinforced concrete columns under single bias. According to the method which is calculate the bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete columns under single bias to check the double bias bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns. The formulas computation results are agree well with the experimental results.
