Ice storage air conditioning technology not only make balance of the electric supply and relax the tension of the energy supply, the user can also save a lot of running costs, but usually the first costs to increase. Therefore, the optimal economic problem of the ice storage system has emerged. Currently, the majority available researches on the ice storage system only about optimization of operation, with little talking about the life cycle cost. To resolve this problem, the study in-depth on optimization to ice storage system is on the paper. In the paper, presents the optimization goal for minimizing the sum of first cost and operational cost to a ice storage air-conditioning system in the life cycle, and establishes mathematical model; The optimization method used for the mathematics model is outer-point penalty function method and the step length acceleration algorithm; Then VB.NET language was used to develop a computer program of Mathematical model which have interactive visualization interface. In this paper, to Xi'an office, hotel and shopping center as examples, DeST software was used to calculate the dynamic loads of these buildings; With the computer program, calculate the system's first cost, annual operating costs and life cycle cost, and find out the optimal economic project plan; Use of the result, analyses the impact of four key parameters:building load characteristics, ice storage rate (the ratio of ice storage capacity to cooling load of the design day), discharged rate and electricity ratio; Compared to optimal system and the traditional air conditioning system, which will provide a theoretical basis for the optimum design and economic operation to the ice storage system。...
