| The implementation of China's urban residential development and use of the process is real estate developers, but the developers are usually profit-maximization as the goal, which makes the design of existing settlements routine consideration is within the specifications permit the use of as much as possible land and the settlements overlooking the effects of planning, while they ignoring the impact of settlements in the physical environment. This traditional approach to the ecological balanced and environmental protection but they don't consider systematic consideration of energy conservation. while many so-called eco-settlements only in slogans always lack of real theoretical research and data support of the settlements, as well as basic physical environment theoretical basis.This article take Xi'an for example, use the method of testing techniques and computer simulation technology, connection urban traffic noise analysis and the value of meteorological parameters.quantitative analysis of thermal environment in Xi'an sttlements. Article mainly contain the following contents:First of all,the author measured ziweizhenpin and H district of garden city thermal environment residential thermal environment. Then we analysis the effect of the layout of various types of construction within the neighborhood as well as different underlying surface on the micro-climate. through two quarters on the basis of sound state of the environment, the author find focusing on the use of survey forms, take a detailed analysis of the noise on each floor of residential and building conditions got the formation of the reasons.then the author combined with light environmenta in Xi'an area outdoor lighting part of the status quo.use the method of questionnaire survey and field research to outdoor lighting problems in settlements to be the theoretical analysis leading to the present, the author find the Xi'an settlements light environment problems. Then the author advanced the improving of two quarters in terms of architectural layout optimization measures put forward.Secondly, after research on the two district,the paper puts forward some measures. It points out that the green area, residential groups ventilation and residential distance are the important factors.In the residential sound environment, it represents that landscaping, architectural layout and the building are critical effect factors, then it takes some optimized measures. In the residential sunshine environment, this paper analyses residential current conditions by the use of computer simulation and puts forwards some way in planning layout. It also advances the specific settlements in the outdoor lighting to prevent glare and ensure the security of lighting system.Finally, as the representative of Xi'an, the author combined with the region's current analysis the climatic conditions of physical environment and find the contradictions between the proposed settlements, got the Xi'an overall design strategy optimization of Xi'an.Though the article the author try to provide guidance strategy for the design of future settlements. |
