| The rapid development of China’s cities,unreasonable planning and construction,human needs and urban public services conflicting with each other,causing urban problems,all impact the urban living environment.In order to analyze the resilience of urban human settlements to impacts,the principle of resilience is introduced into the evaluation of human settlements environment and the resilience of human settlements environment is defined.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to use scientific methods to quantitatively evaluate the resilience of human settlements,explore its influencing factors,and explore the improvement path of human settlements resilience.Based on the DPSIR model,this paper selects the townships of Dangyang as the research object,selects evaluation indicators from five dimensions of driving force,pressure,state,impact and response,and constructs the resilience evaluation system of human settlement environment in rural areas of Dangyang.Through entropy method,GIS spatial visualization,correlation analysis method and geographic detector model,the resilience level and influencing factors of the human settlement environment were analyzed,and the optimization strategy of the resilience of the rural human settlement environment was explored.In order to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and realize rural revitalization,it provides reference suggestions for improving the resilience of the living environment in rural areas of Dangyang.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Evaluation of resilience of human settlements.In 2020,there were significant differences in the resilience level of the living environment in different townships in Dangyang.The highest value is Yuyang Street,the resilience index is 0.655,and the lowest value is 0.20 in Miaoqian Town.On the whole,the resilience level of the living environment in Dangyang is generally low.(2)Spatial differentiation characteristics of human settlement environment resilience level.In terms of spatial dimension,the resilience level of the living environment in the townships of Dangyang in 2020 generally showed the characteristics of the spatial pattern of high in the central part and low in the north.Using the global Moran’s I,the global Moran’s I=0.363 of the resilience level of the human settlement environment is significantly agglomerated.(3)Influencing factors of resilience of human settlements.Through relevant analysis,the indicators of human settlement environment resilience index and fiscal revenue,urbanization rate,rural labor level,natural growth rate,education level from the mean,accommodation and catering enterprises,public service facilities,and general public budget revenue in Dangyang showed a significant level of 0.01.The human settlements resilience index showed a significant level of 0.05 between fiscal expenditure,population density,agricultural fertilizer application intensity,number of medical and health institutions per 10,000 people,school ownership,scenic spots and general public budget expenditure.Therefore,there is a significant positive correlation between the Habitat Resilience Index and these indicators.The correlation coefficient of permanent basic farmland protection rate was -0.691,indicating that there was a significant negative correlation between the resilience level of human settlements environment and the permanent basic farmland protection rate.Based on the above conclusions,this paper expounds the path of improving the resilience of human settlements in Dangyang from four aspects: improving the quality of economic development,improving infrastructure construction,alleviating the pressure on resources and environment,increasing the policy preference of the government,and promoting the coordinated development of various systems through the linkage of various departments. |
