The existence of error changed contact position and contact area of the tooth surface,and had a great impact on the tooth contact stress and bending stress ,Also cause vibrations and noise. With the modern industry highly require on noise and the stationary of gear drive, The increasingly prominent of the problem that impact errors on the circular gear.As one of arc gear, the quasi-transverse-circular arc gear settled malpractice that the sensitivity of theoretically contact position to inaccuracy to be too big. So people are very concerned about the gear raised. The subject of this paper is the sensitivity of center-distance tolerance to the double arc gear (quasi-transverse-circular arc gear and normal circulararc gear) meshing characteristics and gives a characterization of the center-distance tolerance sensitivity coefficients. Also studied the influence of center-distance tolerance to the double arc gear contact stress and bending stress, And focused on how to characterization the sensitivity of sensitivity of center-distance tolerance to the double arc gear. This paper studies the relationship between the center-distance tolerance for contact point on the gear, and the use of this relationship based on Pro / E to model the gear, Using Ansys / Workbench to analyze the model. ultimately come to the of sensitivity center-distance tolerance on the double arc gear .this important part of doing:1,Application of space engagement theory obtained quasi-transverse-circu lar arc gear tooth generic equation, transverse tooth profile equation, contact line equation and the equation of meshing line. Meanwhile, study the basic profile of the quasi-transverse-circular arc gear and discuss the relevant parameters which affect the sensitivity of center-distance tolerance on the gear.2,According to gear meshing theory I analysis on a pair of meshing gears to establish model of gear meshing when is center-distance tolerance, derived the relationship between center-distance tolerance and changes in the value of contact angle and obtain results meshing line equation and contact line equation of quasi-transverse-circular arc gear. Also I study coefficients that characterizati- on of center-distance tolerance on sensitivity of the double arc gear.3,Derived relative curvature of quasi-transverse-circular arc gear, and analyzed the relationship between the center-distance tolerance and the relative curvature.4,With Pro / E to make model of quasi-transverse-circular double arc gear and passed with the aid of Pro/E Program carries on the programming, has carry out self-propelled model production by the parameter actuation. thus successfully has carried out parametric design of quasi-transverse-circular arc gear tooth.5,After established the Quasi-transverse-circular-arc gear three. dimensio- nal finite element model then leading-in Pro/Mechanism to carries on the parameterize assembly. Subsequently leading-in .Pro/MECHANICA finite element analysis software, by using finite element procedure fore treatment and post processor module, carries on the contact stress and bending stress analysis.6,through sensitivity analysis about setting center-distance tolerance for Qua si-transverse-circular-arc gear, obtained the contact stress 's change of Quasi-transverse-circular-arc Gear along with the setting error of spiral change situation.Through this work, the paper conclusion has confirmed the theory which sensitivity of center-distance tolerance on the Quasi-transverse-circular-arc gear less than normal circular gear .
