Stamping and welding centrifugal pump is a new centrifugal pump, which is produced by using stamping, welding and other processes. It has the advantage of light weight, small flow, high head, clean sanitation, so it is the ideal replacement of the small and medium pump. Stamping and welding centrifugal pump is successfully developed as a new product in 1990s.Because of the complexity of fluid motion, in the manufacturing equipment and welding equipment is still lagging behind with foreign countries. We have yet to be in-depth study of centrifugal pump's hydraulic design and manufacturing processes, etc. Based on the study conditions, we study the stamping and welding centrifugal pump of impeller design methods, optimization methods and manufacturing processes. The main research contents are as follows:1. Stamping and welding centrifugal pump has long flow channel and has smooth surface. We use "viscous flow" theory to design DL2-9 stage centrifugal pumps for hydraulic design.2. Stamping and welding centrifugal pumps's multi-objective optimization,in the purpose of improving the efficiency of stamping and welding centrifugal pump, reducing cavitation performance and accessing a stable performance curve. Using MATLAB optimization toolbox, we calculate the formula to get the optimum combination.3. Fluent software is used to simulate the inner flow field ,numerical simulation map are obtained ,such as the static pressure distribution ,velocity distribution, turbulence distribution, which are used to analysis the flow pattern.4. The stamping processes of the impeller front and back cover plate, blades are complied. The blanking and punching compound die and blending die are designed. And to analysis the dies problems, such as bending and spring-back and How work-piece positioning.
