Since piled wharves playing an important role in port engineering,the structural safety of piled wharves is a key issue during the design,construction and employ.This paper based reliability theory and buckling stability theory.using ANSYS finite element analysis software,studied the safety of the piled wharf structure.and put forward feasible safety theory and key technology of piled wharves.not only having instruction meaning,but also providing reference value in engineering.(1)Based on reliability theory and the basic theory of piled wharves safety.put forward reliability model of piled wharves safety analysis is series model,main failure models are failure mode of slab movement and failure mode of pile bearing capacity;with the monte carlo method, use reliability theory to judge terminal security.(2)By using the finite element software ANSYS to establish finite element model of the piled wharf.carry on the comprehensive and systematic safety analysis for wharf. Analyze the reliability of the structure while under the action of cargo load,crane load and mooring force during mooring operation period, confirm clear failure probability of the structure and reliability sensitivity of random variables, and study inner force variation and working mechanism of pile foundations and upper structures under the action of loads and working mechanism, pinpoint the most adverse components of pier structure.(3)On the basis of ship motion equation, comparing the influence for mooring force in the different changes of the cable mode.put forward the principle of reasonable way of cable.(4)With high of beams as design variable, project cost as the objective function,and security, usability and durability of components as design constraints, put forward the optimization models of whole structure and single component for piled wharves upper structure.(5) Put forward that the essence of ensuring the durability of wharves structures are concrete cracking control and corrosion of steel bar control.and put forward the corresponding protection measures.in order to guarantee the safety of wharves during application period,and improve the residual service life of the terminal.
