Design And Study Of Electronic Control System Of 16V240 Diesel Locomotive Engine Based On EUP

Up to now, the development of electronic control system of diesel engine has been fully explored in high developed country. While the situation in our country has changed during the past time, it's also booming. The problems of environment polluting and energy exhausting will speed up this trend.Microcomputer controlling has been used in diesel engine due to the development of computer. Country like America has used electronic control system in locomotive diesel engine in 1990, whose technology symbols the developed countries. During the past four decades, we have had our own forth-generation locomotive diesel engine. It should be equipped with electronic control system. In 2004, Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Vehicle Plant and AVL's successful cooperation has improved the 16V280/300ZJB electronic control diesel engine, which means we have engaged in researching and studying electronic control diesel engine. Considering the good transplanting or feasibility, EUP system will be a ideal way for locomotive diesel engine.Based the above ideas, this thesis has contained the research and study of EUP for 16V240 locomotive diesel engine. It includes the driving system, control strategy, modeling and simulating of the diesel engine and ECU.1) Based on the theory of diesel engine and solenoid valve, design the driving circuit of the valve, solve the problem of decreasing the current quickly.2) Design the control way of the solenoid valve in the way of dividing the control strategy, including the control algorithm of the system and the study on constant power control.3) Model the 16V240 diesel engine and the ECU, get ready for the simulating.4) Use V mode in development of the system, choose the core processing system and design the software and hardware of the ECU.
