The current three-phase hybrid stepping motor and a two-phase and five-phase hybrid stepping motor features, is the most widely used as a stepping motor. Meanwhile, the stepper motor and its drive is an indivisible whole, a good stepping motor drive with no suitable match can not play all of its properties. Stepper motor drive system performance and control strategies and control circuit close, so for these two aspects of stepper motor drive technology is currently the development of key issues. This article, three-phase hybrid stepping motor drive program selected as the total flow constant frequency chopper drive, and MATLAB/Simulink to create a three-phase hybrid stepping motor with a fixed-chopping frequency and constant total current driving system, single-step response simulation models, simulation and analysis for certain motor step response.This article mainly includes the following:First of all, access to an extensive literature study three-phase hybrid stepping motor's basic structure and characteristics, analyzes the three-phase hybrid step motor operating principle, operating characteristics, including static operating characteristics and operating characteristics and the torque-frequency step characteristics. Dynamic mathematical model for a three-phase hybrid stepping motor is established.Secondly, the analysis and comparison of the stepper motor drive technology and driver programs of several options, details of the single-voltage drive, high and low voltage drive, FM Voltage-driven, sub-drivers and other drivers, determine the three-phase hybrid stepping motor with fixed-chopping frequency and constant total current driving.Then, three-phase hybrid stepping motor fixed-chopping frequency and constant total current drive circuit is described, and about the total current control principle, the current bus bridge circuit amplifier characteristics, for the subsequent three-phase hybrid step motor step Simulation response preparation.Finally, the introduction of the stepper motor step response characteristic of the three-phase hybrid stepping motor step response simulation models, including the winding current to solve subsystems, solving the sub torque, rotor subsystem equations of motion, rotation voltage subsystem, and the terminal voltage to determine current control subsystem. The simulation of the entire module, and analyze the simulation results.
