With the development of information technology and fast-growing of automatic science, the military automated command platform play a more and more important role in national defense construction of each country. Actually, people dispose to judge a country's military communication development by its automated command system. Studied and researched much theory of military automated command system about home and abroad, connected my work experience before, applied transformation of homogeneous coordinate, simulation of 3d trajectories, automated trajectory prediction and latest technology of hardware and software, this thesis has analyzed and improved those flaws of the existed command model about some one surface-to-air missile troop, and added some new algorithms and modules. Finally, a new integrated and common platform has been designed for the surface-to-air missile. With this platform, the target in the air would be tracked and simulated in a three-dimensional space, substitution for the existed oral communication and manual plotting; With the improved algorithms, the judging of a missile shooting conditions should be based on its whole flying process, replacing the existed judging only by the first shooting point; With the new added modules, some negative countermeasures that the radar might meet in work are possibly avoided based on analysis of the received data, and the corresponding counter plans of a battle could be offered quickly. The platform adapted to the modern battlefront, and associated with the actual combat closely.It also can be used as a drilling tool by the surface-to-air troops. The main missions as follows:1. Firstly, this thesis explains the significance of a military automated command platform, introduces the situation of its research at home and abroad, and analyzes some problems of it at the current status.2. Taking some one surface-to-air missile for example, the thesis explains its working process of the existed command. It also analyzes and improves those flaws that fall behind the modern battlefront.3. The thesis analyzes these risks of the existed command model in theory, offers some new solutions and proves the availability and necessity of them. 4. Accord to the platform's needs and design guideline, all of the modules that have been completed separately are composed to this platform.5. Finally, the platform has been tested with these simulated targets that had been designed before, its running speed, full-channel working, survivability have been measured and analyzed in theory.
