Overrunning clutch plays a key role in the power train system of the motorcycle,it has two major functions including continuously variable transmission and automatic clutch.According to multi-body dynamics theoty, this thesis base on dynamic analysis software ADAMS to analyze on the dynamic and kinematic reasearch and analyzes the overrunning clutch kinematics distinguishing feature, it is proposed to UG and ADAMS simulation program.Analyze the physical movement and summarize the physical prototype of the motion law, this thises devide the complexed drive mechanism into three parts concluding front pulley, V-belt,back pulley. To that, Build three-dimensional model of various systems, inquiriy information of the preferences, establish an indepenent system that is part of the dynamic model, through simulation,compare with the bench test data to verify the correctness of a single dynamics system, give different excitation signal to get the contrast curve which show the different results of the overrunning clutch. Summarrize the conclusion as the guideline which integrate the three independent system as a whole,analyze the entire system of campaign laws to identify the key factors affecting transmission efficiency on the goal of optimization.Accoding to bench test requirements, set up the initial conditions of the whole simulation system,make the prediction and evaluation of the performance about speed transimission of driving wheel, through the bench test data to validate the model and constantly correct the dynamic parameters. By this method the model can be approximate the degree of physical prototype.So it comes to a conclusion that the simlation data and experimental results having good agreement, indicating UG and ADAMS simulation platform on the automatic clutch transmission dynamic simulation model and analysis can achieve the research purposes of forecast and analyze of the physical prototype.The co-simulation of single sysytem and overall system, analyze the results of post-processing, provides a reference for such complex drive system model and emulation, for complex process of automatic transmission clutch, concluding flexible body modeling of hybrid movement, show the guideline of setting about contact force parameter,three-directional force parameter.By the dynamic simulation analyze,make the optimization program. For this type of mechanical product development and design phase, pridict in advance using the prototype clutch performance,improve design efficiency and shorten the development cycle,lower cost with good economic and social benefits.
