| The power information collection terminal is an important component of the power information collection system,which can collect power consumption data from the subordinate meters and transmit them to the main station to support various data service functions of the collection system.However,due to problems such as remote installation location of some terminals or damaged antennas,the network signal of some power information collection terminals is weak,which affects the normal transmission of users’ electricity consumption data and the data service work of the collection system.For this reason,this paper uses relevant data in the collection system to study the signal quality and regional characteristics of terminal networks and provide support for monitoring the signal quality of terminal networks.This paper first introduces the functional structure of the power information collection system and the collection terminal,and composes the common signal problem influencing factors of the collection terminal.Four relevant indicator items are screened out from the existing database of the collection system according to the commonly used evaluation index selection method,and the characteristics and usability of the indicator items are analyzed.According to different indicator characteristics,two different terminal network signal quality evaluation models are proposed.One of them is the clustering-based terminal network signal quality evaluation model,which takes the index fit as the starting point;the other is the quadratic scoring-based terminal network signal quality evaluation model,which uses the quadratic scoring method that makes full use of data information and the assignment method that combines subjective and objective.The relevant data from a power supply station in Zhejiang province is used as the data source to obtain the terminal network signal quality score and station area score.The results were submitted to the staff of the power supply station for field validation,and the validation results showed that the quadratic scoring model could achieve an accuracy rate of over 95% in screening terminals whose network signal quality did not meet the strong signal requirements.The DBSCAN clustering-based terminal network signal weak area positioning model was constructed,and the contour coefficient was introduced to determine the clustering parameters to locate the signal weak area based on the low-quality terminal evaluation study.The analysis and verification are combined with the actual geographic location and scoring results,and suggestions are made to improve the signal.The verification results show that the method is reliable for locating the weak signal areas in terminal networks.The research in this paper can systematically evaluate the network signal quality of terminals and station areas,locate the terminal network signal weak areas,and provide support for the subsequent improvement of network signal quality and maintenance of data integrity of the acquisition system. |
