The remote fault diagnosis system for power plant makes great sense of the safety of the facilities. This paper has finished the remote fault diagnosis system for power plant, based on VC++ and oracle data-base, which is aimed to the actuality of the vibration monitoring of facilities. The system accomplished data collection with TSI,TDM and got communication to the remote fault center via VPN grid, which finished the data analysis and fault diagnosis and then delivered the conclusion to the site. The remote center can implement: user login, the management of information and purview, remote data invocation, data analysis, display vibration spectrogram, fault diagnoses maneuver and rule management, diagnosis result save and return and so on. The paper accomplished automatic diagnosis tool for the turbine generator base on fuzzy theory and have an availability attempt on intelligent fault diagnosis for the rotating machinery.
