With the rapid development of industry and technology,rotating machinery enterprises invested are becoming more and more important in the direction of scale,precision,automation and speed,and the connection between the equipment is getting closer and closer.Its working condition not only affects the safe and stable of the machine itself,but also has a direct impact on the whole production.In the event of failure,it will cause huge economic losses and even threaten personal safety,therefore,the introduction of monitoring system has become the inevitable choice of these devices.The key equipments of all trades in our country is equipped with the fault diagnosis system,these systems are mature in technology and function,and play an important role in the safe and stable operation of the unit.However,there are some disadvantages,such as inconvenient deployment,weak calculation and recognition,lack of information management and high cost.Aiming at these disadvantages,this paper has put forward this fault diagnosis system and completed the following research work:(1)A cascade circuit was designed to obtain target signals,and a key phase signal threshold set circuit with automatic tracking or program preset was studied and applied;(2)System structure based on ARM-Linux and FPGA is designed,GPMC and EDMA drivers were completed to implement communication and data transmission;Bus interface and digital logic of FPGA were designed and realized,a digital phase detector with double edge detection capability was proposed;(3)The system adopts C/S software architecture based on TCP/IP.In order to solve the problem of fault diagnosis based on vibration signal,a fault pattern learning and recognition system based on LMD and HMM was proposed;(4)To rub recognition based on acoustic emission signal,a signal feature modeling method using MFCC and GMM was proposed,an experiment was designed to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the rub recognition system.Successful system could be applied to a wide range of fields,and great benefits could be reaped from its broad perspective.
