A risk assessment model is designed introducing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Variable Precision Rough Set (VPRS) on the basis of studying related theories about information security risk assessment and electric power information network security features. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Analytical Hierarchy Proceed (AHP) are applied to calculate threat possibility and aftereffect. To solve the shortcomings of subjective factors influencing overweight, the weights of evaluation factors are confirmed by AHP and VPRS.βreduct function is applied to simplify the assessment data, besides, accuracy, coverage and expert experience are used to filter risk regulations. Instances are offered to demonstrate the calculation model. A risk assessment analysis system is realized with the functions of risk value calculating and risk rules mining.
