Power Grid Planning Of Yuhong Xincheng Of Shenyang In Ten And Higher Kilovolt

This paper focus on rapid economic development in Yuhong Xingcheng of Shenyang, high density in load and reliability of power supply requirement,serious shortage of supply capability in 220KV substations, and lacking of power point in 66 kilovolt power substation, the paper choose Yuhong Xincheng distribution network as the subject to do power planning.In 10KV Power System Planning of Hongxincheng of Shenyang,we use the method f power level,load density and similar comparison to predict the power load,pointing out which is better for the location in the city and the usage to the land combined with city planning.Load balance and fund balance issues must also be taken into account,load balance is about making balance between regional load and capability,finance balance is about how to arrange the project of power grid construction,scale and finance reasonably.
