Study On Remote Fault Diagnosis System For Turbine Units

The technology of remote fault diagnosis is the product of the combination of fault diagnosis technology, computer technology as well as network communication technology. The remote fault diagnosis system for turbine's vibration can efficiently improve the timeliness and correctness in diagnosing faults of the turbine's vibration.Based on a detailed study on the classification and the characteristics of turbine's vibration, this paper completed the conceptual design of remote fault diagnosis system for the turbine units, considering the current situation of every power plant and power group; furthermore, according to the design scheme of the system, this paper completed the corresponding reconstruction work to the existing network in the power plants. It also finished the design of all the functional software in this system.The practical application of this system indicated that it was of high feasibility and validity. And the operation of it has actually improved the timeliness and exactness in diagnosing faults of the turbine's vibration.
