For successfully carry out of the project, this paper studies the Hebei xibaipo power Co. ltd(xibaipo power for short)for example, analyzing the correlative manage problems, bring forward the management pattern and designing the actualize scheme. This paper uses the method of SWOT, analyzing the status of xibaipo power, putting forward the combined management pattern for water project between contractors.
