Study On The Planning And Design Of Economical Water Treatment Plant

As a basic national policy,building a “resource-saving” and “environment-friendly” society serves as one of the key strategies to ease the contradictions between China's economic development and resource shortages.It is alsoan inevitable choice for China's social development.Among all those strategies,the same emphasis should be paid to the protection and development.,within whichprotection should be given priority together with scientific guidance and reduction of resource waste.As influenced by existed technical measures and traditional concepts in planning and design,most water treatment plants in China now encount the following problems: old technical mode,poor economic benefits,low land utilization rate,high maintenance fee,and hysteresis of managementIn order to reduce and lower the planning and construction of water treatment plants of our country as well as the subsequent maintenance and management embarrassment,and to enhance the planning and construction of water treatment plants,this work systematically analyzes the current construction of water treatment plants in our country under the general background of conservation-minded society.Moreover,,a new model of "saving" in the planning and construction of water treatment plants is established.It includes the optimal land utilization,the use of new materials,the promotion of clean energy,the introduction of new development patterns of city,and the application of computer technology in the water supply industry brought by the development of emerging technologies.To eventually reach a whole stage and all aspects of the novel way of covering the water treatment plant from the guiding ideology,to abide by the principles,from planning and design,to the later period operation and maintenance,from resource saving to cost saving.Furthermore,the feasibility and necessity of development of the planning and construction of the saving type new water treatment plant are demonstrated by living examples.The highlights of this article are to study the planning,design,application and maintenance of our country's water treatment plant as a system,put forward the concept as well as definition of saving type water treatment plant,and structure the evaluation methodology and target system of saving type water treatment plant.Furthermore,integrating and running through the thought of economy and sustainability in every link.This article aims to provide new perspectives and methods for the planning,design,technique innovation and intelligent management of water treatment plants in the future,and it also provides certain guides for the development of the planning and design of water treatment plants in the future.
