| Servo control system has gained more and more popularity in many fields, and the need of its quality has become higher and higher. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) have excellent performance than other kinds of motors. In addition, we are rich in rare earth resources and manufacturing technology of permanent magnet material has got great development. In view of this, more and more attention has been focused on AC servo control system with PMSM as the executive motor. Based on technology of digital signal processing, the paper has done thorough and comprehensive research on full digital AC PMSM servo control system.Firstly, this paper presented the structure and mathematical model of our research subject-PMSM, introduced the most important theory in the speed control of AC motor, SVPWM and vector control algorithm.Then, show us the designing of PID controller based on grey system theory and parameter identification technology based on extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm and neuron network (NN) in details.Secondly, building position-speed-current three closed-loop vector control system under SIMULINK. The simulation results were given to explain the validity of id=0 vector control strategy, proved the availability of EKF and NN in motor parameter identification, compared the grey PID controller and traditional PID controller to explain the advantage of grey PID controller.Thirdly, author described the hardware and software designing on the platform DSP TMS320F2812.Mainly,hardware circuits includes three parts:IPM power driver board,current/speed/position detecting circuit board and DSP system board. Software program includes:initialization, SVPWM algorithm,speed calculation and currents AD conversion, interrupt service program, etc.Finally, through on-line debugging, the author realized the PMSM servo driver with functions of variable frequency speed regulation, parameter identification and parameters displaying. |
