| Relaying protection is an important part of power system, its analysis and evaluation plays an important role in decision-making. Based on the research of relaying protection information system development and management mode, the demand of the system is identified. Using structured design methods, decompose the system functions modularly and describe the system's functional structure. According to the requirement of State Grid Corp. and provincial power network companies in multilevel management of protective relaying information, a bureau relay decentralized management and statistical operating data network management design is proposed. Based on cost and security analysis of the network management, this paper proposes a network mode to build infromation channel on the basis of OMS, which has solved the network problem of information management flow. Finally complete protective relayings statistical analysis and operation management system. The system has been applied to the provincial companies and State Grid Corp., EPRI, and meets the actual demand.
