Construction technology and "intelligent" technology inherent tight coupling, systems integration has become an integral, integrated, intelligent building system architecture. The basic feature is equipped with five automated system, namely, Building Automation (BA) system, communications automation (CA) system, Official automatic (OA) system, Building Automation System, further divided into equipment monitoring system, fire alarm system, security guard system,building intelligent technology. Intelligent Building of the relevant technology type of complex, high technology. Related Technologies to the Intelligent Building has types of complex, high-tech features. At present, from design to construction, finishing work and finally to the lack of practical examples and relevant experience, while the lack of professional and technical personnel,technical level,there are different,the construction team and the quality level varies management awareness is not strong. And intelligent building has its unique characteristics, which opened on the implementation of the project important indicator of success or failure, performance and results, return on investment is the ultimate goal, intelligent project, although the adoption of inspection, assessment, but the system maintenance and management of is fundamental to the achievement of the project guarantees. Therefore, the implementation of intelligent building process and product quality not only the healthy development of the national economy and people's livelihood, but also the relationship between the state and people's lives and property. Therefore, the intelligent building project quality management research has important practical significance. In this paper, Shendong Coal Group, the problems of the intelligent building project quality were analyzed, and problem-relevant solutions to protect their intelligent construction of more orderly and more effectively to run.The first chapter briefly describes the different development of domestic and foreign intelligence work history, as well as domestic and foreign intelligence project quality management process of development. In this chapter, we described the Intelligent Engineering of Shendong Coal Group Office Building (SDCGOB) differs from other intelligent engineering features and causes, introduced the detailed intelligence office building construction and the detailed configuration of this project, introduced the future development trend and the practical significance of intelligent engineering quality management .Chapter II list the three stages of quality management, detailed the steps and methods of quality management, ntroduced status of the quality management of intelligent engineering at this stage and the future trends. It lists the different effects of the various units involved in intelligent engineering on the quality of intelligence , pointed out the root causes of quality problems of the Intelligent Engineering of SDCGOB. This project was selected as the research project because of the following reasons: 1.Representative; Long construction period (4 years); 3.More participation units; 4.larger project; 5. Complexity; 6. Content range.Chapter III studied the resons of quality during the project implementation of the Intelligent Engineering of SDCGOB. It cited reasons for the cause of quality problems from different parties: Owner, Designer, Contractors, Mutual coordination of all participants. And we separately analyzed the reasons and pointed out the key issue for producing the quality questions. Chapter IV made corresponding solutions to the different quality questions of the intelligent construction process, put forward to the use of the related requirements of ISO9001 quality management system to control and ensure the quality of construction quality of intelligent, put forward the evaluation of continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system. Used it in order to guarantee the applicability of the quality management system. So when they find problems and correct in time to make adjustments to ensure construction quality and quantity of intelligence work can be accomplished successfully.This study focused on in-depth analysis of the works of Shendong Group Office Building Owner intelligent design side, found the key of the quality problems arised during construction and reasons for these problems. In this paper we analyzed quality problems because the owner do not understand the intelligent project, blindly project management, and the participating parties as well as between contractors, the main problems found that these problems behind the existence of intelligent building content and complexity of the incomplete knowledge deep, on the norms and standards of learning and mastering is not timely, not comprehensive, do not know much of the market demand, pay no attention to the actual work to do a down, biting off more than perfection, reconstruction of light pipe, can not be right to put forward to practical intelligent system the design requirements, there is no form of engineering technology and quality to grasp and control methods and procedures and other reasons.In the course of project construction quality and safety have not been given sufficient attention, in order to strengthen quality management, and promotion of Shendong Group office building in the further implementation of intelligent engineering, we learned from the following recommendations: to enhance the learning and mastering of Intelligent system, to culture personnel with professional competence, to strictly control the quality of all aspects in the construction process, to improve the awareness of quality management of supervision, so play the role of supervision and management, to strengthen the capacity of the construction unit, to improve the technology and methods of construction, to strengthen supervision and improve project quality and improve construction consultation and improve project quality, strong coordinating all relevant aspects in the construction process, and exercise strict quality control, from plan and design stage, system contractor selection and equipment selection phase, the construction preparation stage, installation and construction phase, system testing phase, the system test operation phase, the system acceptance phase of a full range of quality control, the promotion of Shendong Group to complete high-quality office buildings.In particular, we proposed the core principles that the quality is focused, and full participation, process methods and stressed accordance with the law, so certainly promote the standardization of total quality management. Total Quality Management emphasizes the participation of workers, however, project quality management is total quality management theory applied in the field of project management. The relationship of Total Quality Management and ISO9000 family standards also apply to the relationship between project quality management and ISO9000 family of standards, in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 quality management system to establish quality management system of own construction units and effective implementation. Don't establish a quality management system and certified for quality management decision as the proof of quality management and adjust to the product but effectively control quality in the construction process. This paper based on the analysis of the Intelligent Engineering of SDCGOB, proposed to need to control all aspects of quality, although far from complete, but should have some representation, it has good reference of quality control in the construction process.
