The subway is the most important way to reduce the pressure on urban. However metro emergencies in the process of operation will also cause city of great economic and social impact. Contingency plans to guide the incident occurred after rapid, orderly and efficient emergency rescue units to carry out rescue operation, reduce the loss caused by accidents, so the study of subway operation and emergency contingency plans is imminent.In this article, through detailed analysis of the text type of contingency plans to establish of early warning and emergency response procedures and disposal process time Petri nets. Taking fire as an example to establish a general time Petri net, and built a fire time Petri net carries on the analysis and optimization, to improve the maneuverability of the emergency plan, to shorten the time of emergency response, improve the efficiency of emergency rescue, relief the core principle of life is the highest.Main work of this article has the following four aspects:(1) The subway operation and emergency contingency plans late of early warning and emergency response processes and disposal process were analyzed; (2) Based on time Petri net metro emergency contingency plans model; (3) Based on time Petri net model of subway fire emergency plan can cover tree analysis was employed to model the activity of validated, boundedness and accessibility; (4) Looking for critical path model, and using the ArcGIS software to emergency rescue teams on the critical path to link time shortest path analysis, at the same time, from the overall structure of the model optimization.
