China is studying and developing CTCS-3 train control system,which has completely independent intellectual property rights. It is based on introducing and absobing the European ETCS Train Control System. In the practice of CTCS-3 train control system,the technical specification,system design and development as well as the implementation process need to be tested and validated in order that the system meets operational requirements and reduces operational security risks. If the system is tested and estimated only by experimentation on practical railway,not only test period is long but also much capital and manpower will be wasted. Therefore,it is very necessary that the laboratory simulation test is considered an important part of systematic evaluation. It can comprehensively test the function and interfaces of various subsystems.When found the deficiencies of the data configuration and software design, they can be revised and improved. This method also can shorten the test cycle and improve test efficiency.Through researching technical specifications and functions of CTCS-3,the thesis analyzes the structural design and functional requirement of the simulative system based CTCS-3,and completes the design and implementation of microcomputer based interlocking subsystem. With the analysis of the structural and functional requirement of microcomputer based interlocking subsystem,the thesis involves designing the microcomputer based interlocking simulation subsystem by VC++. The thesis lays emphasis on the detailed design and implementation method of microcomputer based interlocking subsystem's basic function modules such as "data initialization", "console drawing", "operation command processing", "route set processing", "generating and sending signal authority message". Besides, the thesis gives specific discussions on how to achieve the data structure of simulation platform, console drawing, route searching algorithm, route setting and release, dynamic communication with RBC and so on. Furthermore,the thesis briefly gives an account about the implementation of fault treatment in station. And finally points out the problems of the simulation system on the basis of analyzing simulation result.
