In modern naval warfare, anti-ship missile is one of the most important offensive weapons. As a result, researchers at home and abroad get heated about how to make better use of ECM, to suppress and destruct anti-ship missile attacks.According to the characteristics of anti-ship missile, the thesis is developed and divided into three parts.Firstly it establishes the model of the anti-ship missile radar seeker. Secondly it builds active jamming models, including noise suppressing jamming model and Range Gate Pull Off (RGPO) model. And then, chaff jamming and towed active decoy models are built, which are included in the off-board jamming model.Because of its special status in the fight against anti-ship missile, this thesis analyzes the chaff jamming model seriously, especially its characteristics of Dispersion, Doppler and Polarization, and then gets the RCS of different polarization modes of typical-pose chaff cloud. A reasonable division is presented in this thesis, because it is unpractical to calculate the chaff echoes one by one. The total echo equals to the summation of every cell, which is analyzed with delay and Doppler information separately.Finally, the jamming model built in this thesis provides correctly through the simulation of jamming effects and application characteristics of the various jamming models mentioned. Besides, the simulation analysis also provides a favorable help to the decision-making and use of the EMC.
