Research On Optimization Of Construction Organization Design Based On Network Planning Technology

The construction organization design is a comprehensive document of the specialized activities,it directs the project from construction preparatory to the completion of the project,is a key project by the design blueprint to finished construction completed,which played for the entire project strategic plan and the construction process and the tactical role.In project management,the construction organization design is like an invisible bond,to participate in the project design units,construction units,construction units and supervision units together,cooperation and jointly achieve the goal of the project.The construction organization design is an important file management in engineering construction,it is the construction enterprise to effectively organize production,allocation of resources,control the schedule,quality and cost management of the programmatic document,the completion of the project and the economic benefits of the construction enterprises play a decisive role.This paper expounds the problems existing in the organization design project in the concrete construction,and put forward the corresponding optimization measures and methods,mainly introduces the application of network planning technology in optimizing the construction organization design,through the optimization of project duration,cost and resource,make the construction organization design more practical,in order to better guidelines for project construction,improve the level of project management.
