Protection engineering command protection project is an important component, which is a command function and protection projects. The development of new weapons and ammunition, especially precision-guided weapons, deep penetrating weapons, conventional weapons, nuclear weapons and the advent of electromagnetic damage which caused direct damage protection works that will face a variety of factors. The damage may face a variety of factors that need to combine a variety of protection measures to resist, the purpose is achieving maximum performance for survival in wartime role fully. Current command and protection works has been simply to structure and materials formed by the "resistance" type protection grounds the development of engineering structures, camouflage, obstacles, interception, interference and electromagnetic shielding technology to provide a "comprehensive confrontation"-type protection.This paper describes the comprehensive protection of the overall content model optimization, based on the level of protective measures against selected with the rational allocation of costs to be the biggest problem the probability of survival, protection works to establish direct protection model. The main contents including:(1) Tracking studies for comprehensive protection measures; (2) Evaluation of the effectiveness of protective measures; (3) Analysis study for optimization of integrated protection decision. To determine the optimal protection strategy for the method to optimize, through the examples of the application, get the corresponding conclusions.In this paper, research results include:(1)Through the tracking of protective measures, protective measures at domestic and abroad of new research, new developments, new equipment protective measures are classified and analyzed; (2)Adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the integrated protective measures of lay the foundation for optimal decision-making; (3)Using genetic algorithm and protection engineering analysis, providing a variety of options for policy-makers decision-making program, in a variety of options based on dynamic programming method for the corps of engineers to provide project implementation. The purpose of the study is for decision-makers to make scientific decisions, construction works to get the ultimate goal of science.
