Research On The Visual Language Of Architectural Photography

As soon as architectural photography breakthrough the traditional model, its visual language is also increasingly diversified. Visual language is connected with the forms that picture has presented, and reflects the intention of shoot. Research and analysis the architectural photography's visual language can help photographers to organize the forms of composition better and strengthen their intentions and central idea of pictures, so that more viewers can perceive the messages conveyed by photographer. It is more meet the requirements of the Information Age.The formation of the visual language is directly bound up with different photographic apparatus that photographer chose and composition forms of picture. Different composition forms can make the abstract meaning of image to be formed and conveyed, and the extended meaning of visual language can also reveal different types of architecture photography. This requires photographer must make good use of classification of visual language in order to organize the composition by different intention.This thesis use pictures combined with specific forms of photographic composition and knowledge of visual psychology. In order to analysis the relationship between different composition forms of architectural photography and communication of visual language information. This helps photographers arrange the visual language of picture and make the architectural photography more coincident with author's intention.
