Asphalt concrete pavement has been widely used in highway, bridge and tunnel because of the surface smoothness, the high degree of mechanization of construction and simple maintenance etc. However, due to the production of HMA, asphalt must be from normal heated to 160℃Celsius, the mine is from normal heated to 160~180℃, then asphalt mix mineral aggregate, in order to ensure the normal paving and rolling after mixing the HMA temperature 150~180℃. And the asphalt willed be heated such high temperatures, asphalt emit a certain amount"blue soot"gas, the gas including CO, CO2 and SO2,etc. Besides air pollution environment, the operator of the respiratory system also exists strong stimulation, seriously when operating personal produces dizzy phenomena, especially in the relatively closed environment construction, asphalt mixture at high temperature exhausts smoke to bring great challenges for construction operation, and even threaten the construction personnel's physical, mental health and life safety. Therefore, the research on the soot suppression effect of modified asphalt will be of great positive significance.This article bound bitumen haze volatility causes the asphalt mass variation the characteristic, independently drew up has damped the smoke effect evaluation method, had determined two kinds satisfied the request to damp the smoke modifier: Melamine and pentaerythritol.Through the experimental analysis, had determined damps the smoke medicinal preparation to mix the quantity as well as the preparation best damps the smoke asphalt to mix up the temperature and the best mixing time best, and analyzed has damped the smoke medicinal preparation to the bituminous cement performance influence, the analysis indicated: Two kinds damp the smoke medicinal preparation and the matrix asphalt compatibility are good, may improve the asphalt the temperature susceptibility and the high temperature stability, but could have certain negative influence to the asphalt low temperature crack resistance.
