Nagqu Logistics Center Development Planning And Guarantee Mechanism

Logistics Centre is the place that engaged in large-scale, multi-functional logistics events. The main function of the logistics center is large-scale assembling and handling cargo, it must have transportation, storage, storage, sorting, loading and unloading, handling, loading, packaging, processing, document processing, information transmission, clearing and other major features, as well as trade, display, freight forwarding, customs inspection, logistics conceptual design and a series of extensions.Construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Nagqu logistics center is to help maximize the development potential of the Qinghai-Tibet railway, to maximize the power of radiation of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. In this paper, the development plan and security mechanism for Nagqu logistics center of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway are mainly studied. Focus of the research is the function localization and role of Nagqu logistics center in the entire region, and the overall layout, strategic position, development strategies, development priorities and procedures, operational systems and management model, bonded functional model and supporting policies, etc of the Nagqu logistics.This paper studies and makes Nagqu logistics center development planning and operational management model for the future development of logistics centers, which provides a scientific basis for government decision-making, and services for local economic development, to maximize service to meet customer needs.
