The risk of geological disasters to railway including two aspects,including the risk to itself and the risk to rialway. The topographic and geologic conditions of Qinghai-Tibet Railway are very complicated,and it also contain all kinds of types about geological disasters. In this paper, the research object is the main geological disasters along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.Combining the ground survey and numerical analysis,I study the main engineering geological conditions along the railway line, the type of geological disasters and its influencing factors, geological disaster itself and the seriousness of the dangers of the railway, and propose appropriate remediation measures,and propose appropriate remediation measures.On the basis of those factors, established geological hazard assessment system and dynamic management systems to Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, The status quo of the major geological disasters were analyzed, combined with field survey data and relevant literature, Analysis of engineering geological conditions of the area, The main types of geological disasters and its influencing factors, Determine the different factors for each type of geological disasters as an evaluation factor.Second,proposed the quantitative evaluation system for the area, according to the actual situation of gelolgical disaster along the railway, proposed appropriate evaluation criteria and weight grading, established suitable quantitative evaluation system.Third,assessment the geological disasters in quantitative,and propose appropriate remediation measures.Fourth, For major geological disasters along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Development of geological disasters management software and evaluation software, so that all types of information can be more convenient for unified management and be assessed more easy.
