From the two aspects of theory and practice, this paper discussed the key technology and method to establishment the spiral bevel of Final Drive rapid design and development system Through this system, we can design for form serialization of products and platform development, greatly shortened product development cycle.This article first refer to the Final Drive design process, the spiral bevel gear reducer preliminarily selected, and the main parameters of this parameter values of the stress analysis and bevel gear strength analysis.Next the article discusses the MATLAB optimization software and optimization methods. Deponds on the design method of the Final Drive mentioned above,it establish a multi-variable single objective mathematical model optimization, then use the Strength value as a objective function values it optimized the main parameters with MATLAB.After re-mechanical analysis of bevel gear and strength analysis. The results showed that the force bevel gear is more reasonable, can bear a greater intensity to optimize the results quite satisfactory.Then, the paper discussed the Method of interface design with GUI of the MATLAB software, and then illustrate flow and methodology of the Final Drive R & D platform design. Application of this development system, users simply enter the required configuration parameters, and may come to the main reducer of the main parameters, then the parameters can be calculated out of the Final Drive of relevant size, in order to achieve the objective of rapid development. This system is reasonable, simple, with a strong practical.Finally this paper will be in the MATLAB system integration method. Solidworks The integrated system of comprehensive MATLAB optimization calculation function and Solidworks 3d drawing function, can accept transfer from the data of the MATLAB, and come to this data rendering 3d graphics. This system can be developed rapidly design required main reducer arc of spiral bevel gears of 3d model and basic parameters.From the main reducer, introduces the design parameters of customer demand rapid response speed reducer design platform development processes and methods according to this method also can develop other parts of automobile development platform. Users need to input the configuration parameters Temax, i0 i1, G2 and can pass, and the system of basic parameters of the gear reducer. Then will the parameters obtained from the input MATLAB and Solidworks integrated system, through this system can quickly draw the 3d models. Through the design development, can form serialization of products and platform development, greatly shortened product development cycle. The new product to the market, and seize opportunities to rapidly occupation, for enterprise won the competition advantage, the maximum benefits.
