As one of the important parts of the automobile transmission system,the quality of the drive axle main reducer has a direct impact on the overall user experience.And now the life is constantly improved,users of the overall evaluation and experience not only in the transport role.Users on the ride comfort of vehicle requirements are increasing?Main reducer performance also has been the subject of domestic and international academic research and different car-parts factory in technological difficulties.Most of the main reducer with bevel gears,the gear meshing properly with each other or not directly affects the overall performance of the drive axle.Due to load the main drive system of deformation may cause gears to relative offsets.How to measure the relative offsets are the main contents of the paper,which summarized the following points:According to the study of the internal structure of the main reducer,after analyzing load gear and bearing force in two parts,and the main reducer assembly mechanism of deformation under load.Then the geometric parameters of hypoid gear detailed analysis of the spatial relationship between,According to the structural characteristics of the object to be measured and selected 12 different measurement points.Through the three dimensional model of the main reducer in measurements between different points in space coordinate axis horizontal distance.At last according to the measured spatial geometry of gear related parameters of different relative offset model;Through the MATLAB mathematics programming software to program the model.Building test benches and design driver-side?load side of structure.Based on the measured structure characteristics of punching the following measuring point:Big tooth crowns and small gear position on the y axis?Ferry along the proximal part of the inner circle of big end bearing in z axis?Ferry small journal along the z axis?Launch big end bearing inner ring near the y axis?Small round small journal along the y axis.Contact-type displacement sensor(Solartron Metrology(DP/S))used in the testing process.Data acquisition software of Orbit Library Test,and write control software interface.Complete test platform building,the entire test bench meets the test requirements.Based on comprehensive test bench,Partial measurements 12 different measuring points in the specified loading condition and not loaded two cases of displacement,and in batches measurement three times.After processing the data into MATLAB program for calculating,Finally got the torque case of four relative offset in the big wheel rotating one-week variation.The test method also provided follow-up study on driving bridge deformation of some reference value.
