At present,Chinese have exported a lot of carpet,but many of them are low-additional-value products.Even if some factories can produce high-class carpet,they must cost a lot to import manufacturing facilities that are expensive and difficult to maintain.These factories can only gain a little of profit depended on low human resource cost.Many carpets are demanded in Shanghai Expo,a company will take this opportunity to develop and promote self-development of high-end products. In this case, the company commissioned to research on the subject.We have researched the machine developed by Donghua University Firstly.We have proposed new solution based on the key indexes which are muti-level loop and wide-extent.In the distributed step motor control system based on graphic information, the speed of step motor is determined by 16 color BMP place picture,that has broken through the limit of only two loops that been implemted by clutch. System have added up to 288 kinds of loop from 96.We have given up communication that used RS-485 bus,and adopt CAN fied-bus.The ditributed system is easier to maitian and more reliable,expand more loops and wider extent for system.This thesis have demonstrated the general plan and division of work, estabilished the communication protocol.Because of the adapter's independence and importance, the PCI-CAN adapter was developed firstly,that have increased means to receive compared to what is provided by others company.The thesis have introduced the hardware design of driver board, acquisition board,adapter,including the microcomputer minimum system,CAN interface communication circuit and microcomputer's peripheral circuit.The article will interpret transformation of graphic information to setp motor speed,which is the important component of software. Software of driver board and acquisition board adopt the traditional foreground/background system.The main program and interrupt service routine explained detailedly.the host computer is monitor center and used by worker who don't have professional knowledge,so it must be easy to used. The main problems and solutions of system debugging are introdued. To support commercial production,two assistant softwareare developed.The subject is prophase research and develop work of high-end tufting machine which is intelligent and network.The system already was tested by producing for five monthes,and could be runned stably.in the design and development of system.The author finished the most of the design,including whole scheme,protocol,all software applications,some schematic diagram of hardware, field debugging.
