Motor speed control technology is the important component of the field of Electric Drive and has wide application in the most domain of industry. It is also the base of national industrial automation. So achieving the digital control of AC Motor and improving the performance of Electric Drive systems are not only have important academic significance, also have application value after the research with technology of energy conservation. Advanced AC Motor speed control system will boost the national fundamental industry and manufacturing.Three-phase asynchronous motor is one kind of AC motors which has wide application. So better control strategy and algorithm are applied to speed regulating system of three-phase asynchronous motor can increase the precision of control and rise energy utilization efficiency. Based on this conception, the paper designs the speed regulating system of three-phase asynchronous motor which is controlled by DSP.This system takes vector control as its control strategy. Vector Control is a control strategy of three-phase asynchronous motor which was suggested by the engineer of Siemens in the seventies of last century. It is based on the principle of Field Oriented Control to realize the decoupling control of torque current and field current separately so as to control the AC Motor as DC Motor and easy to analyzing. The control algorithm is SVPWM, which is a modulation mode of PWM technology. Combining with frequency converter can achieve the digital control of speed regulating system of AC Motor and improve energy utilization efficiency. In addition, this system takes fuzzy controller to improve the robustness.This paper designs the solution of the system and completes the simulation in Simulink to verify the feasibility of this solution. Then using TMS320LF2407A as core to fabricate hardware circuit, write the control program, and analyzing and summarizing the problems in the procedure of testing. The results show that the system is stable and reach the expected requires.
