Relying on the national natural science funds: The dynamic analysis and fault forecasting of large wind turbine drive system (50765007). The large wind turbine system have been analyzed and studied in this research.According to the designing parameters, The key components′3d models of large wind turbine have been established and perfected in UG software, which are blade, hub, principal axis, speed-up gear box, nacelle chassis, yaw machine, tower etc. Using the virtual prototype technology, the multi-rigid and multi-flexible virtual prototype systems of large wind turbine have been respectively established in ADAMS software.In order to analyze the strength of key parts of large wind turbine system, structure force characteristics, to calculate the life of large wind turbine and so on. By using appropriate coordinate system, the load calculation methods of wind turbine and its main components have been discussed. The studies have been done for calculating, simplifing, and loading wind load of large wind turbine system.The impeller system of large wind turbine have been done the emphasis research. More real and more accurate kinetic parameters of flexible-body impeller have been obtained, which have provided more reliable basis for designing, analyzing, optimizing of the key components in subsequent. A new ideal have been explored, which is about a research on multi-flexible dynamic analysis for large wind turbine system. Further more, the high-powered large wind turbine system would be designedThe kinematic and dynamic analysis of multi-rigid and multi-flexible impeller system have been done, which have found run-of-mill rules of the impeller′s movement and load. The sensitive time of the key components have been found in movement process of the impeller. The load spectrum can be created in ADAMS software, which can be feedback to ANSYS softare to have further analysis of the load, deformation and so on in sensitive time.
