Studying the operating characteristic of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle by real-time simulation model can provide significant technical means for practical operation, performance analysis and optimization for IGCC.Based on the integrated modular modeling software, by the method of engineering modular modeling, the real-time simulation model of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle has been establishes, which includes Gasifier Module, Gas Turbine Module, HRSG Module and Steam Turbine Module.The common simulation algorithms are also developed.Simulation experiment was carried out, the static test results are quite close to the reference data, and its transient process is correct. The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for IGCC in the paper is accurate and credible.
