Factors which affect the unit's energy consumption, including the controls of unit operating mode, designs, the manufacturing processing standards, and the construction unit of the installation standards. First of all, this paper starts from theory of the basis of energy-saving, we discussing and analyzing thermal power unit's technical and economic indicators of energy-saving evaluation method. Secondly, this paper based on current thermal power unit location and the reasons for high energy consumption we lists, and combine on-site practical experiences, An analysis has done in depth, which from installing points of view on the impact of crew members safe and stable operation of economic indicators and an analysis of the factors which focus on improving unit from the vacuum tight , and improving an integrated steam turbine thermal efficiency and reducing generator hydrogen leakage rate, to reducing end of condenser unit to reduce overtime pay rate differential. Correspondingly, we propose measures to improve unit economics and secure and stable operation. these energy consumption measures provide useful references for the same type of unit...
