After the energy conservation and discharge reduction of the 11 th five-year plan took effect, the State Council of China enacted that of the 12 th five-year plan and put forward new requirements regarding energy conservation and discharge reduction. Currently, the Chinese have more and more sense of energy conservation and environmental protection. As an enterprise, we can reduce the energy consumption cost, increase economic benefits, relieve the pressure of social energy consumption and improve the social image of the enterprise by improving energy conservation. Simultaneously, we contribute to build a source-saving and environment-friendly society. Therefore, how we can control and reduce energy consumption of equipment becomes an essential subject of study. In a thermal power plant, power consumption of draught fan system is an important part of power consumption rate of the plant. This essay enables you to know the hot performance and current operation state of induced draft fan and forced draft fan of 325 MW thermal power generating unit by on-site experiments, theory analyses and scheme study. According to test results, we analyze energy conservation space and put forward reasonable designing parameters and reforming schemes of energy conservation in compatible with the system. Also, regarding reforming schemes of energy conservation, we do a feasibility demonstration, make a feasibility investment, and do a recycling timing calculation, which will offer guidance to the operation of the other 3 units and provide a reference and promotion for the energy conservation and reform of the same kind of generator units of power industry.
