With the improvement of economic level, cars are becoming the people,s daily transport. However, people will carry home appliances such as mobile phones and the car can not match the power supply voltage, so development of an economical and practical in-vehicle inverter into a demand. According to statistics, the domestic vehicle equipped with such a converter is less than 20%, coupled with annual vehicle sales remain high, and thus power converter in the country have great market prospects.The inverter design input from the car's cigarette lighter power supply (12VDC), the output frequency square wave alternating current (50Hz, 220VAC). Transformation of its system uses two methods, namely, DC / DC conversion and DC / AC inverter. That 12VDC voltage through the push-pull inverter circuits for high-frequency square wave by high-frequency step-up transformer step-up, and then rectified to get a stable filter of about 320V DC-style, will become a stable DC voltage reverse slightly larger than RMS 220V square wave voltage to drive the load.
