| Nanning’s Naquan Road(Planning 29-Mengjingling Road)project,as the first pilot project of Nanning municipal project through self financing,faces many risks in the construction process.This paper studies the risk management of the project,in order to do a good job in risk prevention and control and ensure the smooth completion of the project.Based on the perspective of the construction party and the actual situation of the project construction,this paper uses qualitative analysis,expert investigation,factor analysis,double-code network graph analysis,etc.to identify and evaluate project risks.It is found that there are three types of risks in the project,namely,economic policy,technology,and management,which are specifically manifested in survey and design,policy,financing,pipeline relocation,environmental protection,quality,safety,progress,acceptance and handover risks,etc.Among these risks,survey and design,policy,quality,safety and schedule risks are important risks,while financing,pipeline relocation,environmental protection and acceptance and handover risks are secondary risks.Aiming at the risk of Naquan Road(Planning 29-Mengjingling Road)project,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: firstly,we should strengthen the understanding of risk management and strengthen the level of risk management of all participating units in the project;Secondly,we should strengthen the study of policies,grasp the trend of policies in real time,and respond to each policy adjustment;Third,we should strengthen the communication with the relevant management units.When there are risks,we should get the support of the government units in time;Fourth,in the process of construction management,we should improve the management system,and strength all departments cooperation and pass system management,and assign the responsibility to individuals;fifth,by setting bidding conditions and contract terms,we should transfer some risks to design,survey,construction,supervision,testing and other units.This paper provides a reference for the risk management and control of(Planning 29-Mengjingling Road)project,and also provides a reference for the risk management of similar enterprises’ self financing municipal projects. |
