| Fuel cell is a kind of high-efficiency,solved the environmental pollution problem fundamentally new energy.It is one of the most important direction of the future new energy development.The research and development of the fuel cell test platform is quite critical to the fuel cell research area.The fuel cell test platform provide reliable environment variables.Fuel cells' main reactants are hydrogen and oxygen, resultant mainly water.So appropriate reaction environment has a considerable impact on the performance of the fuel cell stack.Therefore,the test platform providing a suitable hydrogen and oxygen to the fuel cell stack,and ensuring the fuel cell stack temperature maintained at a stable and reasonable range is essential.This paper focuses on the following aspects:Firstly,two sets program of supplying air are designed for 10KW PEMFC system. Useing compressed air as the first way. In this scenario, the air pressure is decided by the compressed air tank.It is part of an uncontrollable variable.Air flow can be adjusted through adjusting the size of the valve opening.The air temperature can be controlled by changing the the air humidifier temperature and electric heating device temperature,air humidifier can be considered a coarse adjuster for the air temperature,and the electric heating device can be considered a inching adjuster for the air temperature.Fanning the air though a air blower into the stack as the second way.In this scenario,The pressure of the air can be adjusted though adjusting the frequency of the air blower power.The air flow can be adjusted through adjusting the size of the valve opening.Air humidity can be controlled by a DC motor,DC motor's rev can be adjusted though the PWM duty.The air temperature can be controlled by changing electric heating device temperature. Secondly,a hydrogen gas management system for the 10KW PEMFC system is designed.In this subsystem, the pressure of hydrogen in compressed hydrogen tank is an uncontrollable variable.The humidity and temperature control of the hydrogen is similar to the air's.The humidity and temperature of the hydrogen are adjusted coarsely though a electric heating humidifier,and then use a electric heating device as a inching adjuster.In this subsystem, according to the PEMFC requirements,the hydrogen gas management system began to supply hydrogen when the air pressure reaches a certain value,and the hydrogen and air supply vary with the load.Last,a cooling water control system for the 10KW PEMFC system is designed.This subsystem's function has a critical influence to the performance of the PEMFC stack. Maintain the PEMFC stack's temperature at a stable value and the temperature's response time are very important to the PEMFC stack's performance.In this paper,a advanced fuzzy algorithm for temperature control is proposed.Therefore,the cooling water control system achieves the requirements of precise control and quick response. |
