Research Of Urban Underground Space Development And Plan In Zhengzhou

With the rapid growth of economy, China's urbanization process is increasing rapidly. Anumber of "urban problems" appeared in the process of promoting urban development, themost acute problem among which is the contradiction between scarcity of resources and largedemand for urban land. Therefore, urban development can only rely on developing new urbanspace, which means to increase urban space capacity on the basis of the original site. As theresources and carrier for urban construction and development, urban underground space is thebasic conditions to achieve the realization of three-dimensional urban space development,gradual improvement of urban functions and achievement for sustainable urban development,just like the floor space.In this paper, we studied the development and utilization of urban underground space indomestic and abroad. The value of underground space resources and characteristics werestudied.The reason that urban development on urban space in three-dimensional developmentwas analyzed from the three aspects of the social, economic and ecological. Undergroundspace planning objectives was discussed,as same as the layout and form of underground spaceplanning. Then took the underground space development in Zhengzhou city as an example toanalyze the causation of developing the underground space, to investigate the developmentand utilization's status in quo and the problem existed in the underground space development.Taking the rational use of urban land resources, the improvement of the urbanenvironment and optimization of the urban functions as premise, we also set forth the demandfor underground space resources with the analytic hierarchy and the planning of undergroundspace, as well as underground space's development and utilization of functional morphology.Finally, we set forth a mode and overall layout of the development and planning ofunderground space under the framework of the overall urban planning of Zhengzhou City.At the end of this paper, we gave a long-term prospects on the development ofunderground space in Zhengzhou City, combining with the pace of development and the trendof urban population growth rate of Zhengzhou City.Hoping that the result of this research may be used for reference for the "resource-savingand environment-friendly" city-building, the improvement of the city's competitiveness, thecity's harmonious build, and the promotion of the development by leaps and bounds.
