In recent several decades, with the development of wind power generation, we not only have the ability of controlling, but also improve the cost competitiveness of wind power.This paper is based on this background for the location analysis of the establishment of CNOOC Bohai bay fan system of land-based Maintenance, from a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study. This article includes two main aspects: Firstly, describe the current situation of offshore wind power generation in detail, and analyze the international wind power industry market, industrialized conditions and the state of technical developments, at the same time study the national wind resource situation and recent development status. Secondly, proposed land-based center of gravity method to the selection of maintenance and repair research. Considering the cost of logistics, and selection of the land preservation and maintenance on continuous space, to use the center of gravity and iterative method close to the optimal position of land preservation and maintenance gradually. Finally, taking into account the discrete type of the geographic location, the cost of construction of land preservation and maintenance, and the cost of subsequent changes, to improve and research the center of gravity method. Further, this paper also proposed the selection studies of land preservation and maintenance based on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method. For the location of the actual situation, and to consider impact of various factors, such as electricity, equipment utilization and the cost, to selecting from a number of discrete locations on land preservation and maintenance program, and using analytic hierarchy to evaluate options to obtain the best evaluation results. Finally, making a summary, and describing the China's wind power development and prospects. |
