With the background of the research of concrete pump simulation system in some company, the thesis analyzed the current status and the developing trend of the equipment in both domestic and foreign areas. With requirements of teaching and analysis of structure and working principle of the equipment, concrete pump simulation system scheme are given.The modular designing method was used in the concrete pump simulation system. The system is divided into three modules, hydraulic, electric and fault simulation modules. Moreover, the thesis presented the implementation measure of every module and confirmed the key technical parameters at the same time. Furthermore, hydraulic system valve block was designed based on the solidworks development platform. concrete pump simulation control system was designed based on the S7-200PLC hardware environment and STEP7 MICRO/WIN32 software platform, the experimental results showed that the control system could satisfy the requirement of simulation teaching and reached the expected target. By using the design method of man-machine engineering, hardware design of electric system operating platform was completed and electric fault simulation system was established, teaching effect was improved effectively.
