The main research contents and results of this dissertation are as follows:First of all, on the basis of the analysis of division of user groups, characteristic and classification method of customer requirement, developed customer requirement information system with the use of ASP,Access and Dreamweaver technology.This system including obtain customer requirement information online, similarity determination and induction of customer requirement information, information express and storage etc.Second, research the key problem of build the relationship between customer requirement and product technical features with QFD technology, and computer aided technology. Constructing the systerm framework of the customer requirement and product function mapping, Developed mapping syeterm of customer requirement and product technical features with Visual c++6.0.Third, discuss the constructing method of function unit carrier databases, and the synthetic genetic optimization method of product conceptual design, on the basis of function decomposition of product. Constructing the technological-economic evaluation of the fitness function, and the genetic coding method. Develop a synthetic genetic optimization software of product conceptual design. And with a family car's scheme optimization design for.example.Finally, established the BP network model of the evaluation of CSD (customer satisfaction degree) for product conceptual design. Sorting out the training sample of family car's typical cases. Training the BP network model with Matlab software.
