The Research On Assembly Sequence Planning Key Technology

As the market competition becoming more and more severe, the company have to be innovative. The assembly sequence planning is an important link of the production, and the assembly sequence optimization can not only shorten the development cycle of the products, to reduce the production cost, but also can improve the reliability of the product! Therefore, the research on the assembly sequence planning has very important practical significance.The state of assembly sequence planning is reviewed home and abroad, and further research has been done in this paper. The main research work are:In order to meet the needs of the mass assembly sequence, a new model named Connect graph model hierarchy which is combined with hierarchical relationships and connection diagram is presented. This model not only ensure the completeness of the assembly information, intuitive, and also improve the efficiency of the assembly planning.The hierarchical connection diagram assembly model is introduced. This model can solve the problem which is caused by the assembly sequence explosion with the increasing number in the assembly process.The hierarchical assembly problem between components after the concrete is researched, and the model and assembly state assembly state space are put forward. Through the state space of the effectiveness of the state, the invalid assembly sequence is greatly reduced.On the basis of assembly sequence evaluation method, the influencing factor of the process is analyzed. More than ten of evaluating indicators are presented and divide into units and evaluation index.Considering the effect degree of the characteristics and the sequence of parallelism relationship between the body of assembly sequence, using the influence degree of performance evaluation and overall evaluation unit, a new method of calculating the membership degree on assembly, namely "optimal order reference collection" assembly membership calculation is puts forward.
