As the government increase the infrastructure investment in recent years,the construction of road is developing in a great speed. The graded broken stone can prevent the reflection crack. It can enhance the entire pavement structure's fatigue resistance and anti-permanent deformation ability.This article proposes the control index of the graded broken stone's raw material.Designing the gradation by Bailey method, checking it by CBR experiment.For getting detailed experiment data, the writer designs three different kinds gradation to compare with each other, then, the writer draw the conclusion that the middle gradation is the best of all.This article research deeply on the machineries and technology of base layer of graded broken stone, proposes the collection standard of mixers, vehicles, pavers and rollers. The article detailed introduces the calibration progress of mixing plant and proposes two methods to improve the storage bin,which control the isolation effectively. On the base of introducing the mixing technology the writer makes a summary to kinds of isolations, analysis the reason of and solution of this problem.This article use two groups of roller that either group have two rolling technology to research.Cross-over analysis with different gradation,the writer gets the conclusion that when the layer is not thick, the high frequency low range vibration can get higher compactness than the high range low frequency. The tyre roller can improve compactness. At last,after the flexure test,it can improve that the gradation and technology are available and the results are believable.The graded broken stone design and technology afford believable experimental foundation, it has important meaning to road construction.
